| For
over the last 25 years the promoters for the Atlantic Grand
Prix series have been hosting some of the most successful
off-road events in the Eastern United States. While our focus
has been primarily Off-Road Motorcycle events like the Manahawkin
NJ GNCC and The Sahara Sands Grand Prix/Hare Scrambles just
this last season.
We also realized that a very large part of the Off-Road Vehicle
community wasn't being addressed.
New Jersey's, Pennsylvania's and New York's, ATV and unregistered
motorcycle population make up Nearly 95% of the OHV's sold
in the three state metropolitan area. ATV's make up nearly
65% of that market and unregistered motorcycles make up 30%.
Another problem that we saw was that the State of New Jersey
does not have a program for OHV recreation on any state owned
land.
That's where we come in. After studying the problem we came
up with a solution that benefit's everyone involved.
We saw that vast amounts of regions and woodlands and farmland
were being devoured by development.
Farmers were being squeezed from all sides and needed a creative
way to generate additional revenue. Rural fire companies were
getting their budgets slashed and were finding it harder to
protect their communities.
Atlantic Grand Prix saw an opportunity that could benefit,
Farmers, Fire companies, Rural Communities and of course the
Tri-State region.
Our plan is simple and benefits all parties involved.
What we do is utilize farm fields in-between the farmer crop
rotation and old gravel pits that aren’t in use.
The nice thing about this is that it really doesn’t
impact the environment and we don’t impact any sensitive
state owned land.
We only impact a community one weekend a year. When we’re
finished we clean up move on to the next location.
The farmer then plants his crop and you’d never have
known that and event had taken place.
Well that pretty much sums it up,
So if you’re a Farmer, Landowner, Fire company, Police
department, a member of state government, or a member of the
community and are interested in learning more about what we
do, well then lets talk. Click
